Abstract: 

This report has two broad objectives. Firstly, the report hopes to use the rubric of employment intensity and growth outlined in the NGP (EDD 2011) to assess and understand the output-growth implications of the job-creation targets set in the
NGP. Secondly, the report attempts to provide some indication of the skills implications of the employment targets in the jobs drivers.
